Volunteer Recruitment Requirements – The Startup IO Foundation

At The Startup IO Foundation, we are dedicated to child rights, digital safety, and teenage support. Our initiatives include preventing child marriage, cyberbullying, and teenage harassment, as well as providing legal aid and mental health support. We are seeking passionate volunteers who share our vision of building a safer world for children and teenagers.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Age Requirement: Minimum 13 years old.
  • Commitment: Must be willing to dedicate at least 5 hours per week to organizational activities.
  • Skills & Interests:
  • Passion for child rights and youth empowerment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Interest in social work, law, psychology, technology, or community outreach is preferred.
  • Educational Background: Open to students and professionals from any field.
  • Availability: Should be able to attend online/offline training sessions and actively participate in awareness campaigns.
  • Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Conduct awareness sessions on teenage safety, cyber protection, and mental health.
  • Assist in organizing events, campaigns, and workshops.
  • Support legal aid and reporting processes through Kids Helplink.
  • Collaborate with schools to establish anti-harassment committees.
  • Engage in digital content creation, research, and advocacy efforts.
