Our Commitment to Digital Safety –
At The Startup IO Foundation, we are committed to protecting children and teenagers from digital risks. Our initiatives focus on raising awareness, providing legal support, and promoting digital literacy to ensure a safer online environment for the younger generation.
Under our leadership, we have successfully launched projects like Startup Cyber, Kids Helplink, and the Teen X app, which provide resources and immediate assistance to victims of cyberbullying, harassment, and online exploitation. These initiatives have already reached thousands of students, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to protect themselves in the digital space.
Empowering Students Through Education –
Through school-based workshops and awareness campaigns, we have educated over 20,000 students on topics such as:

✔️ Recognizing phishing and online scams
✔️ Understanding the importance of strong passwords and privacy settings

That’s why we developed the Teen X app, which plays a significant role in preventing teenage rape, trafficking, and online exploitation in Bangladesh. Additionally, our upcoming StudentX project will integrate AI technology to offer automated academic, mental health, and legal assistance to students, making digital safety education more accessible than ever.
National & International Recognition –
Our dedication to digital safety has not gone unnoticed. From being nominated for the International Children’s Peace Prize 2024 to representing Bangladesh at the IGF 2025, our work continues to gain recognition at national and international levels. Our mission is to create a new Bangladesh where every child can use the internet without fear, ensuring that digital platforms remain a source of learning and growth rather than a space of danger.
